We needed to update plugins for dynamic payment methods for different CMS(Magento 1-2, Prestashop, Opencart, WooCommerce, Joomla, ShopRoller).

Business problem
Goal: instead of hardcoding the payment methods in the plugin they must be retrieved in real time by a query to ESTO API The payment methods should be updated at least every 5-10 minutes.
Solution
Using the PHP CURL library, functionality was built to query the ESTO API
to get payment methods in real time
Each request to get payment methods is cached for 10 minutes to reduce the load
on the ESTO API
